Backyard Competition Master Pit-Master Brian Calhoun, local storied Caterer, BBQ educator and Award-winning Competition BBQ Chef is the Mastermind behind WINGFEST! Known for his delicious smoked meats, including brisket, pulled pork, and ribs, Weez knows his stuff! And it’s not all about the food, it’s about the experience, the journey of creating and the infinite possibilities therein…and also the delicious FOOD!

For WINGFEST, the Weez will be offering a series of Special Wings to be released each hour, with new flavors being added to the mix as the day goes on. The Weez team will be cooking this all up on-site: giving YOU the opportunity to see a bit of the magic that goes into making these award winning flavors! SPICY! SWEET! SAVORY! DELICIOUS!
